Cheryl and Craig are looking for a Senior Support Worker. As a Senior, you will be supporting Cheryl, a very busy lady with a full social life who loves horse riding, visiting the beach, singing, and karaoke. She also volunteers at her local homeless charity. You will also support Craig, her boyfriend, who enjoys a busy social life, going to the gym, swimming, and watching football.

Cheryl is a sociable, friendly person who lives in her own house in Torquay and has an established support team. She is independent and requires little support at home but needs assistance with budgeting. Cheryl and Craig need a Senior Support Worker to join their teams and step up when the team leader is away.

At times, Cheryl needs emotional support to manage her anxiety. Craig, who has a brain injury, sometimes struggles with memory but generally leads a fun, independent life. Your role will focus on supporting both Cheryl and Craig on their journey to increased independence.
