The candidate must be able to achieve results through people, including driving sales and delivering excellent levels of customer service and compliance. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Client Services Team who serve as the face of the company and key communicators, to our client base. The team is pivotal in demonstrating Ecosurety’s values and driving its purpose to accelerate change to an environmentally and socially sustainable world, through collaboration with our members. Leading a team of passionate account managers, the Client Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that clients are compliant with packaging regulations, proactively responding to upcoming changes, delivering excellent levels of client satisfaction and retention, and driving value through consultative sales and efficient delivery of new services to existing clients. This role works closely with and reports into the Head of Client Services to ensure team objectives are met.
