Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Administrator with an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Excel to join our business in Burnaston on a permanent basis.
You will be working alongside a team of other administrators and specialists to support the daily management and future projects within the centre. You will be tasked to liaise with all internal departments and external partners when needed. The successful candidate will be involved in customer relations when required and so it offers a dynamic position where no day is the same! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Data processing
* Using excel spreadsheets to manipulate the data into pivot tables and accurate graphs to display information
* Scheduling vehicles and parts ordering
* Contact point for the shop floor – scheduling vehicles to different groups
* Support with projects and other departments to facilitate time and growth
* Data entry and data management
Experience and Skills:
* Excellent computer skills inc. Microsoft packages
* Candidates must have experience working on Microsoft excel and be confident in ability to create pivot tables, create and utilise more complex formulae
* Motivated and be able to work well in a busy environment
* Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with internal teams and stakeholders
* Good organisational skills and time management
* Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task through busy periods to maintain workload and flow
* Keen eye for detail and experience with data management
