We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Administrator at our site in Crawley.
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our Customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Workshop Administrator you will support the smooth running of our repair centre, ensuring the efficient process of headset repairs, coordinating technician schedules and maintaining excellent communication with customers.
You will book repairs in when they first arrive onsite, provide quotes back to customers and schedule headsets in for repair.
Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for customers, both via email and over the telephone, escalating any technical questions through to our team of Technicians or senior management.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a flexible approach to their work, with the confidence and autonomy to run a repairs workshop from an administrative standpoint.
You will have previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a workshop or logistics business and be comfortable working within a Stores environment.
You will possess strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise your workload, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous scheduling experience is desirable.
