At Anaplan, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our diverse Program & Portfolio Management Team (PPM) within the GPTO (Product & Technology) organisation. This role is Full-Time and Hybrid, based in our York office for 2-3 days a week.
Our PPM team members are based in multiple locations across the UK and US and we partner with a wide variety of stakeholders including Engineering & Product, Finance and Go To Market. Our role is to support our Engineering and Product Teams to deliver technical change across software, platform & infrastructure. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for one or more distinct projects within our delivery pillars, working under the supervision of one of our experienced Program or Portfolio Managers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Partnering up with engineering teams to help plan, develop, and release value to our customers
* Providing insight by helping your teams to track metrics that align to business outcomes
* Improving our processes, practices, and culture so that we are at the top of our Agile game
* Building and maintaining dashboards in Jira and Confluence that show us where we are at and if we are going to achieve our objectives
* Driving common approaches that make it simpler for the teams and leaders, allowing them to focus on the big picture problems

* Practical experience of delivering change in a fast paced setting
* Passionate about problem solving and making a difference
* Team focused – enthusiastic, approachable, collaborative, knowledgeable and flexible.
* History of using data to drive decisions
* Leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead via influence, in cross-functional environments.
* Excellent communication skills, in particular the impact of change to audiences of varying backgrounds
Bonus Points:
* Experience with managing IT Projects in a technical environment
* Experience of working with Atlassian suite products; Jira, Jira Align & Confluence
* Project Management Qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP or other equivalent)
* Formal Scrum or Agile Qualifications and / or Experience of partnering with Agile teams in a delivery role
