Blueleaf are currently looking to recruit an Interim Service Manager on a Fixed Term Contract, this is to cover Maternity leave on a 10-month basis, with the potential of this being extended. Working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, typical working hours are between 08:00am to 5:00pm, w ith an option to work from home for up to two days a week subject to business needs. You will be managing the servicing and maintenance of products and equipment within our client sites (both reactive and planned) in the most cost effective and efficient way whilst ensuring a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities include: Oversee and manage all installation, maintenance and warranties/queries related to equipment that Blueleaf provide to customers. Effectively manage all resources to ensure work completed in a timely manner and most cost effective way. Lead and manage employed and 3rd party engineers to ensure consistent service levels and quality of work Identify and develop operational processes to improve performance, increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability Manage all aspects of budget and cost for the team and impact on Profit and Loss results You will ideally have/be: Customer Service qualification 3 years minimum in customer facing technical management role Experience of delivering and improving performance against contractual SLA’s Proven track record of team management within a product distribution environment Proficiency in ERP and IT systems Excellent communicator, both oral and written A collaborator and networker Able to develop and maintain open, honest and constructive A perfectionist that has realism What will we offer? We will offer a salary of £36,972 per annum, 33 days holiday including bank and public holidays.
