Part-Time Office Administrator Salary: £28,690 pro rata based on 42.5 hours per week (£13.00 per hour) Hours: 10-15 hours per week (with the possibility of additional hours) Location: Office-based, Lisburn BT28 Start Date: Immediate We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Office Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration and accounts, who is looking for a flexible part-time position. The working days and hours will be discussed at interview. ( Flexible) Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance: Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections. Assist the Office Manager with month-end reporting. Liaise with customers as needed regarding payments and accounts. General Administration: Assist with all aspects of office management to ensure efficient operations. Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Process invoices, payments, and expenses promptly. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Essential Skills: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within an accounts environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Desirable Skills: Experience with Xero accounting software.
