As part of the CTPHQ Technology Transition Team, you will be working as a Service Acceptance Analyst. Your role in the development and validation of key project artefacts will ensure the service acceptance criteria can be met. Working alongside project stakeholders and the Service Designer, you will review, validate and update project artefacts, including, but not limited to; Statement of Requirements; Service Models, Service Design Packages and service guidance.
You will work closely with our Transition Leads, Business Analysts, Project Delivery Team and the operational community by supporting them in their role as well as taking on independent projects where suitable. You will work closely with our operational colleagues to understand their business problem/opportunity, so that you can ensure services meet acceptance levels. For this role you will need strong communication, written and organisational skills, with an eye for detail, and enjoy problem solving.
Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate across IT operations and manage the acceptance criteria for any changes across the IT portfolio.
* Validate changes against the acceptance criteria, gathering evidence and creating materials as necessary.
* Asset & Configuration Management: track, log and correct information to protect assets and components.
* Availability and capacity management: show an awareness of availability and capacity management processes.
* Change management: implement changes based on requests for change, apply change control procedures.
* Community Collaboration: understand the work of others and the importance of team dynamics, collaboration and feedback.
* Continual service improvement: identify process optimisation opportunities with guidance, and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions.
About You
Must be an undergraduate student in a sandwich year course returning to study in autumn 2026.
