Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

A medium sized, award-winning housing developer is expanding their team due to new exciting developments starting up. They are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager in the North West to oversee a timber frame new build housing site with the support of a Site Manager.
Job Duties:
* Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site
* Ensure that the project is completed within budget and on schedule
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
* Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site
* Monitor and report on progress to the Site Manager
Required Qualifications:
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
* First Aid certification
* Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Assistant Site Manager role.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of timber frame construction
* Experience in new build housing projects
* Excellent site management skills
* Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on a construction site in varying weather conditions. Travel within the North West region may be required. The candidate must be willing to work full-time hours and be flexible with their schedule to meet project deadlines.
