Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an established, national provider who offers support to individuals with complex learning disabilities and autism, to recruit for a Registered Service Manager to oversee their ‘Outstanding’ rated Supported-Living service based in Ipswich. The service supports adults with autism, learning disabilities, and associated complex needs, including sensory and mobility issues. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience within a management position, with exposure to autism and learning disabilities.
The Candidate
As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the service, including the leadership and management of the staff team and continuous collaboration with the company’s quality team. You will be overseeing the efficient delivery and development of the service whilst working closely alongside the Area Director, where together you will ensure the service users receive the best care. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, and you will also be required to have strong people management and communication skills, as well as sound commercial understanding.
Salary and Benefits
The salary is £35,000 – £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits include:

Minimum Requirements
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
* 3 years minimum experience in a similar setting
* Background of working with adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health
* Knowledge of the CQC / KLOES / regulations
* Strong people management skills, communicator, team player
* Clear DBS
Location
This role is based in Ipswich and is commutable from Claydon, Bramford, Sproughton, Westerfield, and Akenham.
