Main purpose of role: Lanes-i are one of the UK’s fastest growing Utilities infrastructure providers, with a network work of depots across London & the Southeast of England. Our purpose is to disrupt and challenge traditional build and methods and to deliver safe and sustainable infrastructure projects. The successful candidate ideally must have previous StreetWorks administration experience. You must be able to demonstrate attention to detail, a methodical and logical approach to your work, time management skills and can work under pressure to strict deadlines. You must be an enthusiastic and committed individual with the ability to self-manage and work within an established team. Key responsibilities & duties: Daily data entries on Administering planned streetworks permits Opening and closing of streetworks notices / permits including registration of reinstatement details within timescales Liaising with Local Highway Authorities and staff Co-ordinating with other 3rd parties eg parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, road closures etc Monitor permits to ensure no over runs or FPN’s Liaison with operational managers and supervisors Planning admin support Qualifications/Training: IT Skills (Excel and Word) Experience of NRSWA Good organisational, time management and communication skills NRSWA Awareness Required Skills / Experience / Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Able to maintain good working relationships with local highway authorities Attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload Previous experience
