Main duties of the job

Person Specification
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrable evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development.
* Intravenous therapy skills.
* ECG.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven NMC Registered Nurse.
* Proven Diploma qualification in a healthcare-related subject / or equivalent demonstrable experience.
* Proven RSCN / Part 15.
* Proven Mentors Course or prepared to attend.
* Relevant post-basic leadership course.

* Good communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to demonstrate fluency, clarity and effectiveness at all levels.
* Numerate.
