This really is an exciting time to join the Recovery Focussed Team during this period of ongoing investment and development. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated, who ideally have experience of working with individuals with a range of mental health problems; particularly with complex emotional needs and trauma.
The Recovery Focussed Team is an all age adult ( 18+) Secondary Mental Health Community Team providing care to individuals with a variety of mental health problems including psychosis, complex emotional needs and organic conditions. We are always looking at developing the service and pathways we provide; so this is an exciting time to join the team in this period of ongoing development.
We offer strong clinical support, supervision and multidisciplinary team working. We pride ourselves on being a supportive team that welcomes innovation. The last two agency nurses who worked with the Team, liked us so much they secured permanent posts and stayed!
The Trust has a well-established appraisal and supervision structure and actively encourages continual professional development.
We welcome students to the team, and always get excellent feedback on their experiences whilst on placement with us.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 (some flexibility required) and excluding bank holidays.Staff from the complex emotional needs pathway will be available on Teams on the Monday and Friday at 12:30 pm for informal discussions whilst the advert remains open.
Applicants must demonstrate a flexible approach, evolving around the needs of service users, their families and significant others. The role involves working as a team member, with the responsibility of a caseload within the complex emotion needs service with the CMHT.
You will beresponsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of the evidence-based care.
The service ethos is focused on recovery and social inclusion and therefore offers successful applicants an exciting and demanding opportunity to improve people’s lives.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent team working skills, who is keen to develop their knowledge and skills in this area. You should be a competent and motivated practitioner with appropriate demonstrable experience.
The post is subject to a 6 month probationary period.
