Job responsibilities Context: Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-visiting (MECSH) is a licenced intervention programme delivered within a CBUs Health Visiting service. There are clear criteria for referral of clients into the MECSH programme. Job Purpose: The MECSH Advisor will work with the CBU leadership team and Health Visitor teams. They will have the key responsibility to support the Health Visitors to effectively implement the MECSH Programme within their practice and work collaboratively with them to improve the equity and quality of child and family health service delivery. The MECSH Advisor will support clinical practices for the MECSH programme within their allocated team through training, reflection, supervision and case review. They will hold a small pro-rated caseload of generic clients which will include MECSH clients. Please refer to the attached job description for full list ofresponsibilities.
