Job Description
Main Responsibilities
To work as part of the Project Services Team on a project for our client. The Admin/Document Controller will support the project in all aspects related to the Team, technical, contractual, and administrative document management, including but not limited to the following:
1. Administrative support to the Team
2. Preparation and management of all correspondence and administrative documentation
3. Preparation of transmittals for document exchange with 3rd parties
4. Management of the information exchanged with 3rd parties (Government, JV partners, contractors, etc.)
5. Provision of training to Contractors/Suppliers on Document Management Systems and processes
6. Preparation of progress reports (e.g., documents issued vs planned, forecast of deliverables to be issued, etc.)
7. Attending meetings and workshops as required
8. Keep record of all meetings with Public Officials in our clients Stakeholders Management System
9. Control and management of issued documentation
10. Management of the approval workflows, filing, and distribution of technical documents
11. Collaboration with other project functions to prepare/update documentation
Candidate's Qualifications, Professional Experience and Skills Required for the Position
Relevant experience as Admin and Document Controller in the O&G industry, particularly with operating companies. Experience with SharePoint is necessary. Experience in the use of the Eni tools (Assai, Xflow, etc.) is beneficial. Good written and spoken communication skills.
