We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our Procurement team based at our site in Glenrothes.
Position Summary:
To provide support to the supply chain function to help achieve operational objectives and ensure service levels are effectively maintained to meet customer and factory requirements.
Essential Functions:
* Refreshing of planning tools
* Collating and updating S&OP charts / reports to support the function
* System management to support warehouse stock transfers
* Manage transport requests
* Logistics documentation – manifests / manual invoices
* Logistics monitoring and reporting
* Collating KPI’s and weekly performance reports
* Delivery performance and capturing reason codes on delays
* Item master data integrity
Additional Responsibilities:
* Monitoring supplier commitments and raising concerns / risks / delays
* Reviewing Bill’s of Materials and providing lead time information from system or liaising with buyers
* Date maintenance on MRP system
Education, Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience:
Education:
* Good Higher/GCSE grades, including English and Maths.
Experience:
* Operating in a fast-paced environment to challenging deadlines would be advantageous.
Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong MS office, including intermediate Excel.
* Exceptional team player.
* Attention to detail and accurate execution.
* A positive can-do attitude.
* Self-motivated and a flexible approach to workload and tasks.
