Premier Senior Administrator - Salary circa £30,000
Are you someone who has excellent technical understanding of customer needs? Do you love delivering trainings and do you have exceptional presentation skills? If so, we’re looking for someone like you!
A bit about the job:
This role involves supporting daily team activities to enhance the customer experience and streamline the customer journey by managing processes, systems, and interactions. You will work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently and ensure timely resolutions. The position is essential for supporting our High Net Worth (HNW) proposition, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence for HNW clients. You will provide administrative support to both HNW clients and advisors, helping maintain strong relationships and efficient service delivery. Your contributions will play a key role in achieving the company’s HNW growth goals by 2025 through excellent customer support and process management.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Knowledge of Aviva Protection UK limited products.
2. Technical understanding of High-Net-Worth customers.
3. Demonstrate the ability to identify customers' needs and service these accordingly.
4. Confident in creating and delivering presentations to various groups of people.
5. Ability to create and deliver trainings.
What you’ll get for this role:
1. Starting salary circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
2. Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
