The Role:
Deal with a high volume of emails, where you liaise with the customers, internal and external contacts
Take telephone queries from customers and internal or external printers.
Process amendments to orders, send purchase orders to the relevant printer and communicate with customers regarding the update to their order.
Process sample requests.
Deal with any customer or printer queries via either email or phone.
Managing any orders for overseas delivery
Working with our bespoke internal systems to meet relevant job KPIs
About You:
Must have excellent IT and administrative skills.
Good at multitasking and can deal with a number of things at the same time.
Good telephone manner
Must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work
Good written/ numerical and communication skills
