Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 + quarterly bonus scheme (circa £69K)

About the Home:
The care home provides personal, nursing, and dementia care for 50 residents in a homely environment with a selection of garden areas to ensure the comfort and well-being of all residents.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team
* Ensure residents receive the highest standards of care and that the home remains fully compliant
* Ensure the home is fully occupied and profitable, to support reinvestment and growth
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home
* NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent (willing to work towards NVQ 5 or 7)
* Full Driving Licence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (email, Excel, Word)
Preferred Requirements:
* NVQ 5 or NVQ 7 qualifications
