This company has had exceptional recent growth and are looking for a charismatic individual to join there hard-working team Role Overview The Sales Support role supports National Account Manager (NAMs) and the Business Development Manager by providing top-tier service for a wide range of clients. This position is ideal for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to NAMs, supporting with client communication, invoicing, and resolving issues. Oversee sample requests, managing the process for new and potential client inquiries Engage potential new clients to support business growth. Manage day-to-day customer service activities, including phone and email support, for an extensive telephone customer base. Upsell products to existing and new customers Ideal Candidate Experience in sales administration, including proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication skills Familiarity with stock management and customer-facing roles. Background in FMCG is a plus, though not essential. Friendly, open-minded, and empathetic personality to support a strong team culture.
