The Role:
As a Biology Teacher at Bedford Girls’ School, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in teaching and learning. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering outstanding lessons that foster analytical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
* Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement plans for the enhancement of the Biology Department.
* Contributing to the broader life of the school through co-curricular activities and events.
* Promoting interest in Biology beyond the classroom through extracurricular initiatives.
