Our client based locally to Camberley are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team for the next 2-3 months. This role requires someone with previous office experience and a passion for customer service.
Duties:
Answer phones and take messages from our customers
Log calls on a spreadsheet
Forward customer requests to a member of the team when required
Updating files on the system
Ensuring customers are responded to in line with SLA's
Sending information out to customers via post
Liaising with external partiesRequirements:
Good experience of working in a busy office
Excellent customer service skills
