What You’ll Do: Establish, maintain and continually improve a Customer Contract Performance Dashboard for all Light Maintenance (LM) and Commissioning (COMM) contracts Maintain all commercial processes relevant to ensure full business compliance (e.g. maintenance of the contracts and variations register, reconciliation of billing to contract including all variations, schedule of customer contract reviews, evidence of effective controls). Assist with customer contract review meetings. Pre and post customer meeting administrative support (e.g. minutes/actions log and tracking) to manage, maintain and develop Customer relationship in a proactive and positive manner. Preparation of all customer contract indexation review calculations in line with contractual anniversary dates. Co-ordinate the revenue forecasting and MTP process as the primary interface to support finance process. Co-ordinating up to date assumptions on order book, actual revenues and project gross margins. Preparation of revenue bridges to previous forecast plus a summary of risks and opportunities against the latest revenue forecast for Commercial Manager review. Administration of the annual customer satisfaction survey from managing the delivery to timetable, drafting the survey, issuing to customers, analysing and collating responses for Commercial and Leadership team review. Prepare the Commercial KPI reporting pack for Head of Commercial monthly ATC Leadership team review. Maintain periodically all customer data sheets to provide the timely and correct status of each customer account in respect to PO coverage ensuring cover is on place at all times, complete and timely billing, payment to contract terms, latest revenue forecast. Support the preparation of mobilisation briefing packs post contract award, including the necessary SAP maintenance for the Commercial inputs during mobilisation. Assist in developing the quality of cost models, costing data with the historical actual project performance, commercial lessons learned and preparation of case studies from completed projects. Support preparation of and maintain standard inputs to Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) for tendering opportunities. • Collaborate with the Commercial team (both LM and Heavy Maintenance commercial teams) to identify and improve the commercial tools and processes (e.g. enquiry tracker, cost / price models, contract benchmarking data to inform contract commercial proposals, checklist for enquiries and proposals) What You Bring: Experience – previous experience working within a commercial role is essential Knowledge – knowledge of the rail industry and the Arriva Group Skills – ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst working independently to carry out assignments to completion Communication – good communication both written and verbal with the ability to communicate to all stakeholders System Knowledge – experience working with Microsoft Office packages and previous experience working with SAP and Power BI Driving licence – essential Ready to start your next journey?
