Job Overview
Choice is seeking to recruit Housing Officers to provide an efficient, responsive, and excellent customer-focused Housing Management Service to its customers. The successful applicant may be offered a fixed patch or work across multiple patches as a peripatetic depending on operational requirements.
Minimum Requirements
1. CIH Level 4 + 2 years’ relevant housing/tenancy management experience with a social landlord or local authority
2. OR Degree in any discipline + 2 years’ relevant housing/tenancy management experience with a social landlord or local authority
3. OR 3 years’ experience as a Housing Officer (or equivalent) within the last 5 years
Additional Requirements
* Working knowledge of the rules of the Housing Selection Scheme, including tenancy management and allocation of properties
* Experience of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel and Word
* Must have UK full driving licence and have a vehicle available for daily business use
