We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our Light Dues collection team. The successful candidate will oversee the Light Dues collection function, develop and manage the collection team based in Harwich and take ownership of all day-to-day functions relating to Light Dues collection including; liaising with collectors and stakeholders, managing daily payments and Direct Debits, overseeing month end processes, compiling management reports, system development and testing, collection reconciliations, advising customers and ensuring the smooth collection of Light Dues.

What we are looking for:
Experience of working in an accounting credit control environment.
Good ICT skills, including Microsoft Office products.
Working knowledge of financial systems.
Experience working on own initiative to solve problems.
Experience of supervising and directing people.
High level attention to detail.
Five level 2 qualifications including English and Mathematics.
Two level 3 qualifications (e.g. A Levels) or Level 3 Business Administration.
A level 3 qualification in a related discipline (e.g. AAT Level 4) or relevant demonstrable experience
