Blue Arrow are looking for an experience Sous Chef looking for an ongoing weekend role in Twycross.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, positive and friendly. We are a busy restaurant looking for keen enthusiastic people that will thrive in this environment who have a passion for food. Working in the hustle and bustle of an incredibly busy environment.
Hours: Weekend Role - 9am-4pm Sat/Sun
Pay: £18 an hour
Duties Include:
* Preparing and serving food according to specifications
* Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, pot washing etc.
* Adhering to Health and Safety regulations
* Assisting fellow kitchen team members
* Completing site-specific kitchen paperwork and administrative tasks, such as stock ordering, delivery notes, and temperature logs.
About you:
* Food Safety level 2 certification obtained within the last three years.
* Hard-working, dependable, and friendly.
* Access to your own transportation for travel between various sites.
* Committed to following procedures, including Allergens and Health and Safety guidelines.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
* A passion for cooking.
