As their portfolio continues to grow, they are seeking a motivated Lettings Manager/Valuer in Leeds to drive new business growth and manage the lettings and valuation process for their expanding client base. Support the Branch Manager in managing the team and ensuring exceptional client service. Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring they meet targets and foster a positive work culture. Resolve escalated complaints and encourage cross-selling opportunities across departments. Commit to professional development through qualifications like ARLA or CeLAP, or willingness to pursue them. The Person Proven experience in a targeted lettings environment, with a successful track record in managing a branch. Strong problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day challenges and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
