OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
1. Minimum entry level: VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
2. Minimum 6 Months experience in a salon or spa environment
3. Excellent communication skills, able to confidently speak with guests and colleagues
4. To have the ability and stamina to perform a minimum of 8 hours’ worth of treatments per day
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
5. Be responsible for escalating any complaints to the Department Manager immediately, providing full details.
6. Be responsible for performing the ultimate treatments in accordance with the standards expected and trained by the Treatment Manager and associated product suppliers.
7. Restock professional products in designated treatment rooms by completing the stock requisition form to ensure that rooms are fully stocked at all times
8. Act as a support to colleagues by performing other tasks as and when required
9. Continually strive to upgrade the quality of treatments you deliver through practise and receiving of feedback
10. Responsible for achieving daily sales and monthly sales targets and overall contributing to the spa team target
