As the Divisional Clinical Lead Nurse for Barchester's Scotland and North East division, you'll use your leadership skills to ensure the provision of the quality and person-centred care and support the organization is known for. The role will cover nursing and residential homes across Scotland, the North East and Cambridge area.
Main duties of the job
You will work closely with the Managing Director, Regional Directors, Home Managers, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions to address any issues and continually improve care standards.
