Job Description
To give you a flavour of what you'll be doing in this role we have outlined some of the key accountabilities below:
1. Formulating, eliciting and documenting requirements/user stories from stakeholders.
2. Supporting the design and facilitation of workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery activities
3. Validating user stories using research, system analysis, data and customer insight to make informed decisions on priorities and focus.
4. Supporting Business Analysts, the Lead BA and Product Owner in identifying EPICs, User Stories, building and prioritising the product backlogs, encouraging innovation and the identification of customer-centred journeys, to better serve our customers.
5. Contributing to the management of and influence stakeholder alignment and communication at various levels across multiple business areas and divisions
QualificationsAs part of our selection process and screening we will be looking for the following knowledge and experiences/abilities:
6. A demonstrated background as a change agent, perhaps having worked as an SME for a transformation programme or process analysis
7. Experience working with senior stakeholders (Area Managers, Team leaders)
8. Ability to demonstrate supportive, communicative and collaborative approach to working in a team
9. A summary understanding and applied knowledge of network communication, data models and large datasets to perform key analysis
10. Exposure to Agile and Waterfall Frameworks
11. Knowledge of tools such as Jira & Confluence
