Customer Support Administrator
Due to internal promotion, Ainscough Crane Hire is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their successful team at Head Office in Standish, Wigan.

Job Purpose/Objectives:
To provide effective administration within the Business Support team, streamlining processes, liaising with depots, supporting business support functions, and ensuring adherence to procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Business Support and Sales teams with administrative tasks.
* Identify and add sales leads to the CRM using market data.
* Maintain and update the CRM system according to process.
* Compile monthly market insight reports for executive review.
* Assist in CRM data management.
* Investigate and resolve queries.
* Monitor crane usage and locations through a central system.
* Handle miscellaneous calls and provide advice.
* Manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Person Specification:
Education/Knowledge/Experience:
* Minimum GCSEs or equivalent in Maths & English (desirable)
* Experience in a team environment in an administrative role
* Excellent telephone manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
* Understanding of working within a time-critical service environment
Skills/Abilities:
* Proactive with excellent attention to detail
* IT literate and comfortable with multiple systems
* Influential and persuasive with flexibility
* Organized and able to simplify complex issues
* Effective communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
