Based at our South Wales office, this is an innovative and well-established business that is expanding to build on and develop their extensive business-to-business support portfolio. Experts in the fields of Health & Safety and Employment Law, we have experienced rapid and well-grounded growth and are looking to develop on this success.
The position is a sales role, but is in no way a hard sell. You will, however, be expected to work towards realistic sales targets and be prepared to make a high volume of calls to prospective clients.
Other than delivering sales, the successful candidate will be working directly with a sales manager, providing support with day-to-day sales activities and marketing drives.
To be considered for this role, ideally you will possess:
1. Strong communication skills, both written & orally, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
2. Computer literacy skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and industry professionals over the phone.
4. The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets.
5. Team player.
6. Telesales experience is desirable but not essential; drive and results-driven you must be!
