You will report to the shift leader supporting the efficient operation of the electrical function of the team. While the reactive element of the job will ensure no two days are ever the same. Requirements of the Electrician Crane Technician Essential Electrical Maintenance is essential HNC / Btec Level 4 although applicants with a ONC / Level 3 will still be considered for this role. Electrical must have a recognised Electrical qualification. The ability to read and understand electrical drawings, Experience of fault finding down to component level Good working safety practices A methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving is essential as is adaptability and willingness to think outside of the box when needed. Desirable Having 18th Edition would be very advantageous. Crane experience The Working Pattern of the Electrical Crane Technician This role is 8-hour day shift working pattern, with some weekend work on a rota basis.
