Mechanical Engineer Liverpool Street, City of London £45,000 - £50,000 Great role for a Mechanical Engineer looking to work for a well respected, growing building service provider in the City of London Our client has recently just won a high end commercial contract in the city of London and wants to bring on an experienced, motivated and hardworking Mechanical Engineer. This is a static postilion, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 - 5. You will be the sole engineer on site, so we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer is proactive and scope work out, complete planned preventative and reactive maintenance, ensure all site log books and relevant documents are updated on a regular basis, client facing experience, liaise with subcontractors and carry out general building maintenance. Job Responsibilities: PPMs & Reactive maintenance. Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation. Carry out isolation of plants and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors. Completing logbooks and RAMS. Reports. Permits to work. Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
