About the Role - Recruitment/Search Consultant
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global executive search firm as part of their London-based team, within Energy, we are looking for a high-caliber recent graduate with exceptional academics and an interest in the sectors they specialise in, or an experienced recruitment consultant who is looking to move into high end, lucrative executive search. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, and entrepreneurial gradate to get fast exposure to the executive search industry, whilst developing essential career skills such as; researching, market mapping, pitching, negotiating, and running meetings.
Responsibilities
* Running large research projects for prestigious clients in the UK and USA
* Creating market maps
* Professional networking
* Cold calling through lists of individuals identified to headhunt
* Setting up meetings for senior colleagues
* Shadowing meetings and pitches
* Supporting with pitch decks and proposals
Qualifications
An exceptional recent graduate or someone with up to two years of experience in a relevant field looking to move to a new role (for example previous recruitment experience or experience in delivery/research).
Required Skills
* Academically bright with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Confidently able to lead conversations with individuals of any level
* Inquisitive and thoughtful, with excellent interpersonal skills
* Intelligent and analytical
* Ability to research for complex projects and present findings in a logical way
* Confident to make cold calls for headhunting purposes
* Confident in attending and shadow client meetings
* Articulate and excellent, professional written communication skills
* An interest in the energy and financial sectors
* Can execute initiative looking for multiple ways to solve problems of own volition
* Able to work in the city 3 days a week minimum, specifically in Southwark

Pay range and compensation package
* Base salary starts at £30k (experience dependent) with extraordinary long-term earning potential.
* Realistic first year OTE £50,000 2nd Year OTE £70,000 3rd year OTE £80,000+
