Programme Manager for Construction and Civils Division
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the development of a Master Programme of works, projects, and resource requirements for our Contracting Division. This role will ensure seamless project planning, budget forecasting, and effective resource management, with a focus on NEC Contract standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Programme Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain the Master Programme.
* Project Planning: Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
* Budget Forecasting: Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and risk analysis.
* Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilisation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
* Nec Contract Standards: Ensure compliance with Nec Contract standards and best practices in programme management.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
