Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
* Providing high-level administrative support to senior management, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense processing
* Coordinating and managing events, meetings, and conferences
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring their needs are met
* Managing the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and arranging interviews
Ideal Candidate
* Significant experience in a similar Office Manager / Personal Assistant role
* A track record of delivering results
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems
