Salary: Up to £24,000dependant on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Larkhill and to include travel to other garrisons.

This Apprenticeship will work within a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Contract that provides construction and maintenance support across the Armys Estate on Salisbury Plain.

Your Role:
Assist the Project Managers and Surveyors to ensure projects are delivered within their budgetary constraints.
Develop new skills and gain experience within the Pre-construction phase learning about the management of design consultants, the procurement phase and understanding the importance of demonstrating value for money.
Work within the Pre-construction team learning to develop Scope of Work documents that will act as part of a tender packs for the procurement and delivery of projects.
Discover and understand the time and sequence of all activities required to deliver projects under the PFI contract from inception to completion.
Master how to engage with all internal and externals stakeholders to ensure that the plan is deliverable, including Building Control, Fire Officer, Planning Officer, Environmental Teams, Specialist Surveyors and Contract Partners.
Study and comprehend the different funding streams available to ADSL for funding projects under the PFI contract.
Observe and apprehend the business health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with ADSLs Management System ensuring health and safety is at the forefront of everything we do.
Bring new and innovative solutions to the business as we look to become more efficient in our Project Delivery.
What Were Looking For:
Qualifications: 4 GCSE grades C or above. A Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a construction related role or 64 UCAS points. Must be able to commit to a remote learning programme.
Experience: Previous knowledge of construction is desirable.
Skills: A team player with good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication. A logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, who can manage their time and workloads. Has proficient knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel.
Driving Licence:Full UK valid driving licence and own transport is required.
