HR Administrator (entry level) - 3 month FTC - Immediate Start
We are looking for a candidate who is immediately available to work with us for a period of 3 months.
We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by understanding fans and helping our clients influence their behavior. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon.
Our People Operations team includes Talent, HR, Workforce Capacity Planning & Performance, working seamlessly to ensure positive experiences for candidates & employees.
We would like to hire an HR Administrator for a 3 month contract.
The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:
HR System Management
* Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records.
* Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
* Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors to resolve problems.
Onboarding and Offboarding
* Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, system access, and induction schedules.
* Oversee offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with policies and conducting exit interviews.
Benefits Administration
* Support North American benefits programs, including enrollment and renewals.
* Assist in global benefits initiatives, ensuring consistency with company policies.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
* Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies across North America.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and update policies as needed.
* Work with Performance and Talent teams to enhance employee engagement.
* Partner with the Events team to support company-wide events.
* Contribute to employee surveys to improve the employee experience.
* Help drive learning and development initiatives in North America.
Global HR Support
* Assist the global HR team with cross-functional projects.
* Provide support for international assignments and mobility processes.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
* Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
* Immediate to start.
