About the Role
We are seeking a skilled EYFS Teaching Assistant with experience managing after-school clubs to join our welcoming and forward-thinking school in Oxford, Oxfordshire. This role combines supporting EYFS pupils in their development with managing the planning and delivery of engaging after-school activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the learning and development of children in the EYFS setting.
* Planning, organizing, and managing an engaging and well-structured after-school club program.
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
About You
* Proven experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant with a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* Experience in managing after-school clubs or similar programs (essential).
* A proactive and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2, Level 3 Childcare or equivalent).
