Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and personable Clinical Trials & Customer Engagement Lead to help bring our solution to market. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and coordinating clinical usability trials, engaging directly with customers & ensuring compliance with medical device regulations. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the setup and coordination of clinical usability trials, from participant engagement & recruitment to data analysis & reporting
* Implement CRM systems to track communications, trial progress & participant data.
* Oversee medical device compliance with standards & testing
* Directly engage with a diverse customer base, including wheelchair users, healthcare providers, care homes, and distributors
Essential Skills:
* 2+ years’ proven experience in clinical trials
* Excellent customer engagement & relationship-building skills
* Proficient in CRM (or CTMS) systems for clinical trial management
* Technical background in clinical, medical research, or similar
* Strong written & verbal communication
* Personable & approachable
Desirable Skills:
* Clinical trial planning experience
* Proactive by nature with a track record of spotting opportunities & taking initiative
* Experience working with wheelchair users, pressure care, or related fields
* Solid understanding of quantitative evaluation & structured data collection
* Project management
