Wise Employment is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing company in Plymouth who are seeking for an Administrator to come join their amazing company This full time permanent opportunity, offers a salary of £22,500pa, as well as parking and other benefits, and will be working Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm, with a 3:30pm finish on a Friday. Your day to day activities of an administrator can change depending on the required duties at the time, but they can include the following: - Payroll (using Sage 50) - Maintaining the administrative systems - Assisting managers with site setups, and processing documentation when required - Placing necessary orders when required - Organise travel and accommodation for those who are working away - Help the managers and directors with any other duties - Assist with the documentation and help support the company to uphold their accreditations, when they are being audited. - Manage all other administration tasks when required In order to be a successful administrator you will need the following: - Experience using Sage 50 (Essential) - Previous Administration experience - Hardworking team player - Able to multi task and deal with multiple projects at once - Good customer skills If you feel you meet all the criteria then please apply, either through this job board or contact Wise Employment Plymouth
