Head of Property Management (Commercial)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression + Car Allowance + Hybrid Working + Company Bonus + Regional Travel + Company Benefits
Location: Bristol, Plymouth, Exeter, Truro - regular travel
Do you have leadership experience within Commercial Property Management? On offer is an autonomous and specialist leadership role where you will have direct line management responsibilities over a team of 15 within a multi-million £ turnover Commercial Property Consultancy who pride themselves on ongoing development of staff and offer a progression structure right through to Directorship.
This well-established company is a Property Consultancy working with a broad network of Commercial clients across the UK, primarily in the South West. They have seen continual growth to the point they have 70 staff across 4 offices and due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking to grow their friendly team.
In this role, you will be directly managing a team of Property Managers across 4 offices within the South West, as well as being responsible for your own portfolio of commercial properties, undertaking weekly site visits to meet with clients, conducting inspections, and outsourcing maintenance. You will also play a key role in leadership and strategy decisions across the business as you liaise closely with other Heads of Departments.
This technical role would suit a Property Manager from a Commercial background looking for a Management role within a well-established and trusted company that offers generous annual bonuses and progression all the way to Directorship.
The Role:
* Managing a team of Property Managers across 4 offices
* Liaising with other members of senior leadership on business strategy
* Managing a range of commercial properties
* Undertaking inspections and arranging planned and reactive maintenance
* Overseeing budgets, service charges, rent payments, and other associated financial duties
The Person:
* Background in Property Management Leadership
* Commercial / Residential experience
* Commutable to Exeter, Bristol, Plymouth, or Truro
