Job summary Woodlands Park Health Centre are recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who will provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The successful applicant will assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of health conditions, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Main duties of the job Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans. Educate and advise patients on health promotion and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. About us Woodlands Park Health Centre is a well-established practice that serves just over 6,500 patients.
