Job Title: IT Account Director
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Location: London - Hybrid 2-3 Days
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join a heavy hitting new business team, specializing in IT Managed Services, Networking, & Hardware.
You will be given accounts to grow aswell as a requirement to win and grow new business.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their IT needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target new business opportunities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, providing exceptional service and support - "land and expand model"
* Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements and present suitable IT support services.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the mentorship and support of senior management if required.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends and solutions to provide expert guidance.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven track record in IT Sales - ideally £30k+ GP per month upwards
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and managed services is a plus.
Package:
* Salary £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
* Uncapped commission of upto 30% of GP
* Hybrid working model
* Clear pathway of progression
