We am recruiting a reliable, positive Teacher to supervise and support independent study for our Post 16 students. You must inspire, challenge and motivate students and ensure a healthy, safe, happy and challenging environment in which Post 16 students can work hard and achieve their potential. This specific role will start in Janaury for 1 term, however it could be extended. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the best schools in the North East. The post holder will work closely with subject teachers and the Heads of Post 16 Education to maximise the effectiveness of the students’ private study sessions. The successful candidate will Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Student support supporting academic & pastoral. Strong literacy, numeracy and ICT skills. Brilliant organisational and interpersonal skills. Rate dependant on qualificationsm, skills and experience brought to the role.
