Company description
Who we are
Langland, a Publicis Health company, is the only health communications agency that thinks further across Clinical Trial Experience, Medical Strategy & Education, Public Relations & Policy, and Advertising, to create unique value with visionary clients.
What we believe
Health brings us together. In the diseases we suffer, the medicines we create, and the causes we champion, health shows us our collective humanity. When we break the barriers that divide us, when we think further, we can create healthier futures, together.
A passion for craft
Having expert thinking is only part of our story. To ensure excellence in everything we make, we have centred our disciplines around three essential crafts: science, strategy and creativity.
Overview
Come and join our passionate team at Langland, creating impactful, award-winning work for some of industry’s biggest names. As a Designer, you’ll craft original designs across digital, print, and social media—developing brand identities, events, and more.
If you love solving problems through design, care deeply about your work, and strive for excellence, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be involved in every stage of the creative process, from brainstorming to presenting ideas, and play a proactive role in delivering world-class creative with our close-knit team.
Responsibilities
Ideas:
* Develop creative solutions for client briefs, contribute conceptually, and occasionally handle art direction. Stay curious and turn insights into engaging designs.
Creative Execution:
* Create, refine, and present design concepts. Produce layouts for offline/online content, ensuring brand consistency and flawless execution.
Brand Knowledge:
* Build strong relationships, manage projects independently, and align work with agency processes.
Client Communication:
* Collaborate effectively, present work persuasively, and address issues promptly.
Strategic Planning:
* Contribute to briefs, strategy discussions, and tactical plans while adapting to market changes.
Teamwork:
* Build relationships, support managers with ideas, and seek feedback when needed.
Qualifications
We’re looking for individuals who excel at problem-solving, think outside the box, and bring a fresh perspective to every challenge. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and expertise in Figma are essential. Experience with pitch documents, usability, and interaction design is key, while skills in 3D, or coding (HTML, Google Web Designer…) are a bonus.
If you’re driven, creative, and eager to reshape how people view healthcare, we’d love to see your portfolio showcasing a strong mix of print and digital work. At Langland, we value innovation and fresh ideas, so if you have a new approach, we’ll be all ears. Let’s create something extraordinary together!
