Description
Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Manage and organise digital and physical files for easy access.
Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner.
Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and order stationery as needed.
Support in the implementation of new administrative systems.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
Experience in a Secretarial & Business Support role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
