Summary
A Tier One Principal Contractor, operating throughout England and Wales, delivering multi-disciplinary buildings and civil engineering projects for Network Rail have an opportunity for a Scheme Project Manager who will take on the responsibility delivering high value works and structures within the Rail sector and can thrive in a fast paced, reactive and multifaceted role. T
This role will focus primarily on civils asset management projects, on Civils Eastern CAM framework, based from Sheffield.
Experience Required
Experience of reactive Works Delivery Frameworks and delivery of mid-range projects (£250 - £600k)
Civil Engineering Construction work, ideally in a railway environment (at least 5 years)
Railway Safety Training - PTS / COSS / IWA
Role
As a Scheme Project Manager, you will be involved in the daily management of rail and civil engineering projects within our portfolio, specifically focusing on Civils Asset Management projects. The projects will typically range in value from approximately £250k to £600k. You will manage allocated site teams to ensure compliance with site returns, commercial reporting, quality and safety etc to drive efficiencies across the Framework and assist with timely submissions of EWNs/compensation events.
