The Role
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work within our ISG Retail division, who is driven, motivated, and committed and wants to develop in the field of commercial management and surveying. Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors to continuously improve the customer experience and support future repeat and negotiated business.
2. Take active responsibility for all financial procedures in conjunction with the Senior Surveyor.
3. Suggest trade contractors, systems, and manufacturers for team appraisal.
4. Take a lead role in the valuation process.
Skills and Experience
1. Degree qualified or substantial experience within the construction industry in the field of commercial management and surveying.
2. Good understanding of JCT/NEC forms of contract & contract law.
